Terms of Service - Professional
My Endorsement (a trading name of Talenter Academy Ltd) provides endorsement-readiness
advisory services for the UK Innovator Founder visa. We are an advisory and preparation
service. We are not the endorsing body, and we are not immigration lawyers.
Your plan
You are starting a 7-day free trial of the Professional plan. Nothing is charged during the trial; the £499.00 is due only if you choose a plan to keep going.
This plan includes: Everything in Essential, plus one mentoring session per stage from Idea Validation onwards.
What we do
- Guide you through each stage of building an endorsement-ready application.
- Review your submissions and give clear, actionable feedback.
- Connect you with sector experts where your plan calls for it.
What we don't do
- We do not guarantee endorsement, a visa, or any specific outcome.
- We do not provide legal advice. For immigration law, consult a qualified adviser.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate, truthful information and documents.
- Respond to feedback so your case can move forward.
- Pay the fee for the Professional plan when due.
Your free trial
You are starting a 7-day free trial of the Professional plan.
- We take no payment and hold no card during the trial. There is nothing to charge and
nothing to cancel.
- Your case is open through Idea Validation for the 7 days.
- Nothing is charged automatically. When the trial ends, your case simply pauses until
you choose a plan and pay. Everything you have written stays saved.
- You can choose a plan and pay the £499.00 at any time to keep going — during the trial or
after it. It is a single one-off payment, not a subscription.
- Once you pay, the statutory 14-day cancellation right applies and we refund what you have not
yet used.
Data
We handle your personal data under UK GDPR. Identity documents are stored securely and
used only to prepare and review your application. When you accept these terms we record
who accepted, which plan and version, and when, as evidence of consent. Full detail is
in our privacy notice.
