Terms of Service - Professional
My Endorsement (a trading name of Talenter Academy Ltd) provides endorsement-readiness
advisory services for the UK Innovator Founder visa. We are an advisory and preparation
service. We are not the endorsing body, and we are not immigration lawyers.
Your plan
You are buying the Professional plan at £499.00, a one-off charge.
This plan includes: Everything in Essential, plus one mentoring session per stage from Idea Validation onwards.
What we do
- Guide you through each stage of building an endorsement-ready application.
- Review your submissions and give clear, actionable feedback.
- Connect you with sector experts where your plan calls for it.
What we don't do
- We do not guarantee endorsement, a visa, or any specific outcome.
- We do not provide legal advice. For immigration law, consult a qualified adviser.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate, truthful information and documents.
- Respond to feedback so your case can move forward.
- Pay the fee for the Professional plan when due.
Fees and refunds
The fee for Professional is £499.00, charged once, not as a subscription. Card
payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Statutory
cancellation rights apply: tell us within 14 days of purchase and we refund what you
have not yet used.
Data
We handle your personal data under UK GDPR. Identity documents are stored securely and
used only to prepare and review your application. When you accept these terms we record
who accepted, which plan and version, and when, as evidence of consent. Full detail is
in our privacy notice.
